Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello has recreated an old photo of her mother, who died on the 13th of January 2012, as she celebrates her birthday today.
Shaffy Bello described her mother as a great mother like no other while stressing that she was grateful to have been the chosen one to take care of her till the end.
The popular actress in the photo adorned the same bangles her late mother wore in a photo taken in the 1960s.
Shaffy Bello in a lengthy caption via her IG page wrote,
HOW IT ALL STARTED.
So I decided to honor My dear mum by recreating the old picture.
She passed on to Glory FRIDAY, JANUARY 13th 2012.
Though my siblings went on the journey with me but I am grateful to have been “the chosen one” to take care of her till the end.
Wearing the same bangles as her in this 1960 something picture. I channeled the woman I call MOTHER. ORISA BI IYA OSI LAYE!
IF YOU’RE BLESSED ENOUGH TO STILL HAVE YOUR PARENTS ALIVE……:DO AS THE HOLY BOOK SAID….HONOR THEM. TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM. Trust me, IT IS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
