A 21-storey building has collapsed in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State, YabaLeftOnline reports.
The building, which is under construction is located at off Alexander way, Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos State.
According to Arise News, scores are trapped in the rubble including the owner of the building.
One person believed to be a construction worker has pulled out.
