Fast rising Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi popularly known as Tems has cleared the air on the little drama that occurred at the O2 Arena while she was on the stage with Wizkid.
Fans ignited a battle of words on social media following Wizkid’s attempt to lift Tems during their performance of the hit song, ‘Essence’ at Wizkid’s concert in London on Wednesday evening.
While the social media is still buzzing with controversy over the incidence, Tems has decided to show some support to Wizkid whom she referred to as her brother.
The beautiful singer paused while on stage to tell her fans that Wizkid is someone she looks up to and that she will ever remain grateful for Wizkid’s existence and everything he has done for her. She then added:
“I want you guys to remember that he’s human, I’m human. I love him and that’s not gonna change.”
