Veteran Yoruba Actor,Tafa Oloyede is dead

Popular veteran Actor John Adewunmi, popularly known as Tafa Oloyede has died at the age of 69.

The Osun State born actor died on Tuesday, February 1st 2022 at his residence at Arowomole, Kajola area Osogbo.

Before his death, He was diagnosed to be hypertensive.

Oloyede who had his theatre training under late Oyin Adejobi, featured in many movies such as ‘Jaiyesimi’, ‘Ayanmo’, ‘Ekuro Oloja’, ‘Orogun’, ‘Akanji Oniposi’ that made him popular.

He ventured into acting in 1974 and has featured in many movies.

The veteran actor is survived by wife and children.
May his soul rest in peace.
