
As many Nigerians continue to drag veteran actress Genevieve Nnaji and Omotola Ekehinde over their absence at Rita Dominic’s traditional wedding, Uche Jombo has shared a profound message to their fans.
Nollywood stars stormed Imo State on Tuesday, 19th April, for the traditional wedding of Rita Dominic and her lover, Fidelis Anosike and
Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Ekehinde, and Funke Akindele were noticeably absent.
Many Nigerians took to the microblogging platform Twitter to drag the Nollywood stars considering they are close friends in the movie industry.
However, Uche Jombo, in a post shared on Twitter, said people need to realise that Nollywood stars have personal relationships outside social media.
According to Uche Jombo, Nollywood stars who are considered friends have their phone numbers, meaning Omoto Ekeinde and Genevieve Nnaji would have reached out to Rita Dominic outside social media.
She wrote: I truly wish people realize that in Nollywood peeps have personal relationships with others outside of social media. We have each other numbers. At least the ones you think are friends.
It was recalls Uche Jombo said many people have been enslaved mentally by pastors.
The actress who is a mother one took to her Twitter page to also note that the focus of Christians should be ok knowing and worshipping God.
“Many people are enslaved mentally by pastors when the focus should be knowing and worshiping God,” Jombo tweeted.
A fan, @nnamdichikee, replied saying, “Pastors help them to know, understand and worship god.”
In response, Uche Jombo told the fan to read the tweet slowly.
