Adeyemi Badirat Olaitan, popularly known as Queen Ola on Instagram is one of the wives of the late Alaafin of Oyo. Queen Ola took to her Instagram account to mourn the monarch saying words fail her but God knows better. She said she thought it was all lies and that the monarch would come back but she was wrong. Queen Ola mentioned that she married the late monarch and the father of her kids at an impressionable age, but he left when it was least expected. She revealed that she got married to the monarch at the age of 19 and the bond they share can be likened to that of a Siamese.
Queen Ola also revealed that she and her late husband were best friends but the moment people knew who the late monarch’s favourite was, everything flopped. In conclusion, Queen Ola said the late monarch would remain to her a best father, teacher, mentor and husband that ever bestrode the landscapes, she prayed that Almighty Allah will forgive all his sins and accept his return.
