Recall that some months ago, veteran Nigerian rapper Eedris Abdulkareem was scheduled for a kidney transplant and his wife had to donate one of her kidneys to him.
In a recent update shared on Twitter by Vanguard Newspaper, Lakareen Entertainment Inc issued a statement through Hon. Myke Pam, the kidney transplant surgery was s
uccessful. The statement acknowledged Eedris’ wife (Yetunde) for her selflessness and his fans and followers and all those that contributed to the successful surgery for their support and prayers.
According to the statement, “As the recuperation and healing process begins for both of them, with the best that science can offer, under the ever benevolent gaze of the Almighty God, surrounded by the love and care of family, we ask that the prayers and support be sustained as they gradually get back on their feet again.”
