Lateef Adedimeji, a well-known Nollywood actor, appears to have replied to the criticism that accompanied the footage of him and gospel performer Shola Allyson sharing the stage.
Recall that the actor was previously attacked over a viral video in which he was seen slowly worshiping with gospel singer Sola Allyson while reciting the Quran.

After receiving criticism for the video, Lateef posted something on his official Instagram story channel that appeared to be a response to the haters. In it, he claimed that even though he is a Muslim, his religion doesn’t prevent him from interacting with people of other faiths because all religions preach love.

Sharing the post online, Lateef wrote;
“Every religion preaches love. Worship your God in truth and in spirit. May Allah be pleased with you.
“I am a Muslim and shall die a Muslim. Being a Muslim doesn’t stop me from relating with Christians or anyone. Have a good conscience and treat everyone with love.”
