Abimbola Kazeem, better known as Jigan BabaOja in Nollywood, has won the Europe Film Festive Award for outstanding actor in a film titled “Inside Life.”
This comes after Jigan bemoaned his duty as a gatekeeper in Yoruba films a few months ago.
Jigan pleaded with movie makers to help him advance his career by casting him in additional roles on his verified Instagram account.
Announcing the latest achievement on his Instagram page, Jigan BabaOja expressed his excitement noting that he spoke what he wanted into existence, and it’s happening already.
He wrote: I woke up to this early today knowing that I emerged the winner as the best Actor in the eimoviefestiveawards ! That’s Europe Film festive award
Wow. Some few months ago that I rejected playing only gateman roles in movies because I wanted to do something different, I said what I want into existence and it’s happening already.
