Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has showered love on veteran actor Olu Jacobs.
The veteran actor is set to clock 80 on July 11th, and in preparation for the D-Day, many have been counting down to his big day.
Sharing a photo of him, Funke Akindele eulogised him.
She appreciated him for always encouraging people and for being kind.
“Happy 80th birthday, sir. We thank God for the gift of life. I pray that all will be well with you, sir. Ojo ale yin Dara lagbara olorun. Wishing you good health always in Jesus’ name. Thank you for always encouraging us all. Your kindness is everything, uncle. We love you, sir”.
It was recalls Yul Edochie had joined many celebrities in eulogising the veteran icon, Olu Jacobs.
Yul Edochie noted how his biggest wish was to be on set with the legendary actor.
Yul revealed that he finally got the opportunity many times, and he learnt so much from him.
“When I started acting career in 2005, one of my biggest wishes was to be on set with the Legendary Uncle Olu Jacobs. I finally got that opportunity many times, and I learnt so much from him. And I’ll forever be grateful. A very happy 80th birthday to you, sir. May God be with you always. We love you”.
